SDS Research is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a call center in Paul, Idaho. SDS employs a staff of 20 teleservice agents, and does not outsource any aspect of the research process. This business model affords SDS the ability to maintain complete control of each survey project, and respond immediately and specifically to client requests.

Founded in 1990, SDS has conducted nearly half a million individual telephone, mail, electronic, and in-person interviews with customers, potential customers, and employees of more than 700 organizations in a wide range of industries.

All SDS Research projects are conducted in-house by SDS-employed agents, guaranteeing only the highest standards in survey administration, focus group recruitment and facilitation, and customer contact. SDS does absolutely no outsourcing, allowing for responsive service and total control over each project.
