Focus Group Facilitation

Focus Groups are designed to provide information on the opinions, ideas, suggestions, and criticisms of customers, potential customers, and employees. As the name suggests, a focus group brings together a group of people, led by a facilitator, to generate valuable feedback on issues relevant to your organization's success.

The SDS approach to focus groups has been refined with more than a decade of experience, and is designed to create a comfortable environment in which participants can express candid opinions and give honest feedback. Techniques are used such as a questionnaire before the session and personal exercises during the presentation to produce individual responses that are discussed by the group to determine group consensus or division. The discussion is allowed to fully germinate in order to come to conclusions and to effectively catalog perceptions.

A certified SDS facilitator will enter the group discussion without assumptions and without bias - with an objective to uncover the issues of highest importance. Analysis of the groups is used to identify common themes and pressing issues. Above all, SDS Focus Groups are solution-oriented, geared to provide results that can be used.
