Real-Time Service Observing

All SDS clients have the opportunity to observe the administration of their telephone surveys real-time. SDS survey-gathering technology allows for clients to listen in on SDS agents in the administration of the survey. This service observing provides clients with a human voice to the survey findings, and gives a unique indication of customer attitudes toward the organization.

It also offers the chance to evaluate the administration of the survey project, assess the flow and appropriateness of the questionnaire instrument, and reinforce the professionalism and quality of SDS's certified agents.

Service observing is available for every ongoing and baseline telephone survey project.
