The SDS Alert Program

The SDS Alert Program gives you an effective, unique way to immediately uncover and respond to customer complaints or issues.

As SDS agents contact your customers, they not only receive answers to survey questions, they also evaluate the attitude and characteristics of each respondent during the conversation. When the SDS agent senses a specific concern, an unfulfilled sales opportunity, or a respondent with particularly good feedback or desire for involvement, the agent will, with the respondent's permission, communicate the respondent's name and contact information to your organization for immediate action.

Many SDS clients believe that the Alert Program on its own is worth the cost of their project. The program has been used countless times to resolve a specific customers' issue before they make the decision to leave, restoring (and enhancing) that customer's loyalty.

The SDS Alert Program is an important part of every SDS research project, and is included inthe project's cost.
